Due to the time and effort in creating your gifts, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We make great efforts to ensure that your gifts arrive to you as beautifully as when we assembled them.
REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED ITEMS
If, for some reason, an item arrived to you damaged, please notify us immediately. Damaged items must be reported to us within seven days of receiving your gift. Report the damage at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
During warmer months, ordering items sensitive to melting is done at your own risk. The quality upon arrival can't be guaranteed by Maude Gift & Co.
Maude Gift and Co. does not create any of our food or skin products firsthand. We use third-party vendors for all gifts. Our customers are encouraged to read all labels thoroughly if they are concerned about the ingredients in those items. Any of our non-labeled foods risk possible allergens contaminations, so eat at your own risk. Maude Gift & Co will not assume the liability of an allergic reaction to our products.
We pride ourselves on supporting small-batch and local artisan businesses by including their goods in our gift boxes. As a result, certain items can become unavailable occasionally and without much notice. If an item is unavailable at the time of your order, we reserve the right to substitute an object of the same type, of equal or greater value, and as close to your original item as possible. We will not replace an item unless the quality and aesthetic meet our exceptionally high standards.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING NOTE
Gifts typically ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow at least one week for delivery. If you need your gift on or by a specific date, please email us at email@example.com, and we will work with you to make it happen!
We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc. when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. This information is only used to complete your request unless you permit us to use it in another manner, for example, to add you to one of our mailing lists.
We may share information with governmental agencies or companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or (3) investigating fraud that has already taken place.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
